Express Consent to Be Contacted

Providing a phone number, acknowledging our Privacy Policy, or accepting website Terms does not grant SMS or marketing consent. Service text messages require the separate optional SMS choice. Promotional communications require separate marketing consent. Agreeing to receive an e-signature link does not sign the agreement or grant consent to electronic records; those choices occur when you review the agreement.

You agree to notify Take Flight Travel LLC if your phone number or email address changes.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages, including transactional texts sent by this program. After one confirmation of your opt-out, this program will not send further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact CustomerService@TakeFlightTravel.org.

To opt out of promotional calls or emails, contact CustomerService@TakeFlightTravel.org.

Transactional vs. Promotional Communications

You can request customer service and active booking assistance without agreeing to SMS or promotional communications. An SMS opt-out is not bypassed by labeling a text transactional. For help through another channel, email CustomerService@TakeFlightTravel.org or call (866) 684-5514.

Service Provider Platforms

Take Flight Travel LLC may use communication platforms, CRM systems, email providers, phone systems, and messaging providers to send requested communications and manage customer interactions. These service providers process information on our behalf and are not authorized by us to use consumer phone numbers or personal information for their own marketing, resale, or lead generation purposes.
