SMS Terms

Take Flight Travel LLC e-signature link text messages are optional. These terms describe the program and your choices.

Program and message purpose

When you opt in to e-signature text messages, Take Flight Travel LLC may text links to documents you have requested for electronic signature. This choice does not authorize promotional messages, signing reminders, completed-signature confirmations, booking assistance, account updates, or appointment reminders. Any separate service or marketing program requires its own applicable consent. An e-signature link is an invitation to review a document; receiving it does not sign that document.

Your choice

Choose the separate, optional e-signature text-message checkbox to opt in at the phone number you provide. It is unchecked by default. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You may leave it unchecked and still submit your travel request. Providing a number or accepting website policies alone does not authorize text messages.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your document requests. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancel or get help

Reply STOP to cancel texts from this program. After a confirmation of your opt-out, no further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again. This applies to transactional texts as well as any promotional messages. Reply HELP for assistance, email CustomerService@TakeFlightTravel.org, or call (866) 684-5514.

Phone number and privacy

Provide a number you own or are authorized to use and notify us if it changes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates, except service providers processing it solely on our behalf to deliver this messaging program.
